  2. We’ll reply by email
    You’ll get answers to your questions, a price guide, and availability. Please allow up to 48 hours — and check your spam folder just in case!

  3. Ready to book?
    We’ll ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your order. Then we’ll finalise the design with you.

  4. Tastings & chats

  • No in-person consultations, but you can order a cake tasting kit (pickup or delivery).

  • Quick 5–10 min chats in-store are welcome, but full planning is done by email.
