CUSTOMIZE CAKE - AUCKLAND

Here’s how the process works:

1. Submit your inquiry with all the details 

2. We’ll respond to your inquiry with emails, ensuring all your questions are answered.

3. If you’re happy with the direction, we’ll request a non-refundable deposit to lock in your order. Once the deposit is secured, we can continue refining the details.

4. Please allow us to reply to you within 48 hours, if you did not receive our email, do check your spam folder.  

5. Tastings and in house consultation are not available on-site, but you can pre-order a tasting kit for pickup at our Grafton location or choose delivery. We also offer a free brief chat ( 5 -10 mins ) about cake sizes when you here in the shop  , though please note it's not an extensive consultation. We manage all comprehensive discussions through email.Thank you for your understanding.
